For BMO, supplier diversity isn’t a checkbox; it’s a fabric stitched into the very framework of progress.

AVC brought that metaphor to life through a series of corporate vignettes, each connected by a flowing blue thread that weaves through boardrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and beyond. Every frame subtly echoed the message that innovation flourishes when inclusion is more than a mandate , but a mindset.
